Fixed Flying In Teleport Bow Parkour

Date bug was found: Feb. 27
Bug: You can fly in the Teleport Bow parkour. If you enable flying at the spawn, the permission to fly will carry over to the parkour, though toggling it still won't work.
Server bug is located: Hub
