Explain what is the bug and how you repeat it: The lobby area on the farmlands map does not allow team creation, and does allow kit ability use. Attempt to create a team and you will see that it is impossible to do so.
In which server is the bug located? Kit PvP
EDIT: This also happens on the airport map.
