I strongly think that a VIP rank (I don't know which one) should be able to mine spawners with a silk touch Pickaxe. :D

I know that spawners are expensive, and i have suggested this when i was a jr mod, but now i realize that it would ruin the purpose of factions.

When placing a spawner, just think twice if you are placing it in the correct place and that's it :)
