Fixed Factions Breaking into Chests

In creative you can break into blocks using withers, They can break through lockettes also. When you spawn the wither and it explodes at full health it destroys all it surroundings including chests and other containers locked.

(I just found this out. I did some recent tests. No has abused this yet. I would advise you to fix it before we get more abusers like the hopper + minecart.)
