why cant I build in the creative world or go into the admins world??

Please add more detail:

Did you create your own plot? you can do this by doing /plotme auto
Admins world is for Mockingjay and Staff, so you need the Mockingjay rank to enter the admins world.

Capitol+ Can enter VIP Plot world with very big plots.
Mockingjay+ Can Enter VIP Plot world and Admins world.

If you need a plot to Build on, type /plotme auto.
