Fixed bug for me in admins world

I was building some stuff in admins world and when ever I moved it ( the chat box/server console thingy ) said
You not permitted in this area but I could still go in it even when I was at the same spot the day before. So I
Couldn't really see any chat. It happened any where in admins world but only in admins world and btw I am a Jr.mod

Ya, that was something that happened for a moment because i did something wrong in a config file, its fixed now
