Just a little question on the making of a Parkour map: when making it, does it have to be in your plot in Creative? Or can it be on a world you made? And finally, if it is on a world - where do you put the download link?

It can be on a singleplayer world, or on your plot. Just make sure that it meets the Map Criteria. As for the download link, this thread goes into pretty good detail. Although the tutorial says to use mediafire, you can use any filesharing service; That includes dropbox, mediafire, google drive, Box, SkyDrive, etc.
