Fixed Able to take items out of the item frames in the VIP world

I had started to notice many items in the item frames in the admin shop in the VIP world going missing. than i saw someone taking the items out of the item frames. The bug is that you are able to take items from the item frames in the VIP shop.

I caught TURBO something taking them out and I tried to tell you Zainos but you just completely ignore me like always :cry: and Handeril why are u Skyping a hacker aren't u anti-hacker?!

it isnt hacking, it has to do with the new update and you can take the item out but not the frame.
i removed the remaining items to prevent further stolen items

Bnjix_warrior hacks he reported somebody spamming and he had a hack on and the chest where coloured yellow and handeril was Skyping him :O

Indestructibuzz XD. someone already posted on this topic before.
Also i agree tht bejinx person does hack. i was talking and she is like like wtf i have no idea what u r talking about. i have no idea what huzuni is.
she thought i was stupid XD
idk i feel like by the day more people r starting to hack.
But aout the vip world frames, the people who took all those must me rich now cuz vip shop had good stuff :/

Thank you Rice, I'll add the items back when the Spigot Team Fixes this bug.
