Hi my name is Willeeklund.
I am a java libery developer and plugin developer.
I am willing to make a costom plugin for the server.
It will hav permissions so not evry person can do all commands.
If i make costom plugins for happy hunger games ill make a list of permission nodes.
So now you know a little about me.

Awesome, im looking for a coder to do a plugin for me. However, its VERY HARD to make, so do you have experience with java and minecraft plugins or just a little bit?

I hav worked with plugins in about 5 months developing plugins for servers.
I hav always been interested in java and developd my own liberys for very beginers of java.
My newst was exit its just so they can create a frame and some more stuff.
I would be higly onerd to create a plugin for happy hunger games server.
As you know my last one was endercraft 2.0

No, or yes i have but for some reson it says im not the creator of the plugin and that i dont hav permission then to post it. But yes i have made plugins for a while.
