Fixed 2 Bugs In New Arena

1. For some reason the regen affect will not get added to me when i step on the pressure plate.

2. If your firebender and you get the fire resistance affect, it changes it from infinite(You know what i mean) to the set time and then after that time runes out. You lose your affect, this affect every kit that has a similiar powerup in the arena.

Oh yeah, I've had something like number 2 happen to me when I was Hulk. Someone splashed a potion of slowness on me and it got rid of my slowness so I got more kills (lel)

Fixed Both Things! The idea of these power ups were that kits who already had that effect not to press it, but it seems people don't understand how minecraft works so I had to remove Speed, Jump Boost and Fire Resistance Power Ups xD
