Is there a way to adjust the picture size?

I always just resized it on my computer, saved it as a new file, and re-uploaded it

I've never resized a picture of forums before, but on other forums sometimes there's a button to decide the dimensions of the picture.

I'm pretty sure it auto limits how big sigs can be
