Looks really good! If I was able to see it more closely in game there might be things I'd nit-pick, but from the screenshots it looks very nice! Is it a full re-creation of the Mario kart level? If so, good work! Because recreating things in minecraft isn't easy and can take a very long time.

This just sounds exactly like every other generic prison gamemode you'd find on other servers. What is new and unique about HHG's prison that might bring in new players, and not bore the current community so that prison isn't just another dead server?

The buildings seem pretty nice. But do they have interiors? You should include interior screenshots of maps that have interiors in the future. You've used texture which is nice. I'm not sure about the end stone though. The railway track could be better in my opinion, but it's alright. And also...
