Yea that happens when someone activates a piston and does /plotme clear To fix it just put a block next to the bugged piston head and break it, it will automagically break the bugged piston head too :D

hooo, thats the plot that got griefed then got rollbacked, then rayado accidently did /plotme clear then we restored it back and lot of things happened next xD In My opinion, that plot is cursed, everytime something bad happens to it. Maybe in the last rollback I did your world edit got erased...
