Yeah We don't need timers in Sky Block, I removed the timer of /spawn so this is fixed now :)

The time is fine, and we already have a system so when it reaches 24 players time is decreased to 30 seconds. We need more players in order to decrease it even more the initial waiting time as at the moment Chris is right, most of the games don't even start with 24 players...
