Also normal members would be able to keep trying levels (like level 5) even without a checkpoint there.

Creative in factions sorta ruins the point of survival. Also people would then make a ton of bedrock bases and it'd be crazy with all the stuff. Same with WE. Nick could be used for trolling and disguising as players could make people think they're in the same fac and then the disguised person...

and it's sorta biased because it's on a MC server forum.

It is true that they aren't "unique"... but by Unique it means something like something completely different, something everyone knows and is popular or something that has it's own "twist" to it. (Also UHC and OITC aren't super common on other servers)
