The items you listed we already have. Ranks get gold, iron, diamonds, emeralds (?), and golden apples. They also get /kit eggs which include all mob eggs.

Yes, we are aware of this. It is an extremely slow process.

On forums: update your username, and make sure you have your skin changed on your account. On server: This will be fixed soon, you will have your old username and a steve/alex skin on.
