I've been following that guy and his project on the Unity Dev Forums for awhile. It's really grown! :D

Everyone starts at Rookie and makes their way up. Staff is a whole different thing though, as the higher up's will almost never (Highly unlikley) shift positions so you could probably get low responsibility staff jobs if you start at the bottom! Anyway, your in! :D

I hate Skype, so yeah, no friends there :P
