To answer your first suggestion of having multiple servers, this may cause some users to lag, but I think it would be more your connection than the server as the majority of the players have little to no lag on skywars Additionally, having one server per skywars game would be very hard...

That's the problem. Games of 5-6 people instead of like 15-24. It makes for many small games instead of fewer better sized games

Exactly what I was saying :) When you can force start, the games will always be small. You wont have a good sized game very often anymore

You should be able to use it as a normal visa, or link it to a paypal account. If it doesn't accept it as a normal visa, you should maybe attempt linking it to a pay pal account so see if that works :)
