I've noticed this isn't only on the server. This also happens in single player, which I think we can do nothing about :(

And what's the point of having a free rank that everyone can get without trying? Voting and buying with tokens are literally the best way to get a free rank. If we had a free rank there wouldn't be any defaults and all the perks have no points - the server would lose money.
