Allowing this to be while not combat tagged, waiting for a small delay before teleporting, etc would be good. I would say they need to go to spawn and NOT be able to reselect a kit or anything, as that could end up in practically infinite kill streaks. But if you needed to AFK for a minute to go...

Yeah just what Xist_ said :) go to Clans and Teams and just follow the guidelines and have a clan on the server. Its more of a club than anything... But its still a fun addition to whatever gamemode youd like to extend it to :)

I really like the look of this map :D My only concern would be that it has spawn points far enough away that people dont just get thrown into a tight mosh pit and have a fast annoying game xD Map detail looks nice though :) might add some detail to the dome

You need to look at the email that is connected with your pay pal account. As Trenly noted, you should be able to log into your account. If indeed he payed for it, there will for sure be a record of it. Your bank account AND pay pal both should have a record of it, and a verification email will...
