I had an idea while I was flying around VIP World, since all of the mansions are filled, and adding new mansions isn't easy, why not add building plots in VIP World? They will basically be pre-marked plots in VIP World in which people can build their own home/mansion in VIP World, these plots...

Try running it as administrator, if you right-click it, it should give you the option to run as admin of your pc, if you are not admin of your pc/laptop, then that's why you're having issues ;) (I used to need to run MC as admin, and my dad still has to)
