Talking in other languages is allowed as long as there's a staff member who understands the language and can control the situation in case the players break the rules (Swear, disrespect, etc.). Hope that clarifies things :)

Are you sure? When you enter VIP Plot world and do /p auto you should get a VIP Plot. Enter the world again and walk outside the spawn and try to do /p auto again, it should work. If not please submit a video reproducing the bug
