if you get one with a better fan it can help :) although my computer isnt noisy at all and I have a much bigger PSU :P (I will say that GPUs usually make the most fan noise, have you tried reducing the fan speed on the GPU?)

btw, my webserver consists of a old af Dell with about 260GB of HDD space that I first played MC on (first computer I used to play HHG, I actually salvaged logs and pictures all the way back to early 2013 before wiping it and booting Debian :D) (I mainly use it to host archives and backup files)
