These are some long-term plugins that I've had on my server that work great, so I got an idea, why not suggest them for HHGN? BasicCraft- Allows crafting of VIP items and Non-vip items, can be configured to ONLY Vips. Could be a very encouraging perk, works for 1.7.4...
