I've only crashed once due to an incompatible shaderpack. I would have no clue, maybe search up a How-To video? I used to use shaders all the time then stopped, so I kind of just get it xD I'm not the best at explaining though ;-;

I'm using optifine then open the shaderpack, install some shaders, and put them in the folder :P

Such wow. I've gotten a better shaderpack so I'll probably get better pictures later. It is late for now doe. ;)

Have you played Deathrun? Deathrun is not about running from death. It is about escaping traps that the enemy team, named Death, are able to set off. And you run to the end, not necessarily away from Death. If you get to the end, in most cases you go and chase AFTER the Death team to kill them...
