I was on the new parkour map, Calendar, and after trying to make this jump for about 15 minutes, I thought that it might be impossible. Here's a photo of the jump. Let me know whether or not if it's impossible :)

I don't know about a Race Gamemode, but there could be a mini-minigame like Race Parkour to see who wins the parkour first.
