This is going extremely off topic. Apologies for Factions delay, I've been extremely busy due to personal reasons and life in general the recent months, and even though I'm still working in factions during my little free time, I still have to work and keep developing the server and it's current...

Yup, as we did in skyblock where skyblock spawn only is always daytime and no rain, even if it's in the same world as where it's raining, we can do that easily so just make sure to put a note or something explaining where you want a specific daytime or weather and I'll do it when adding your map :)
