What is up with the wither skeleton kit in SCBB

So recently ive seen people use the wither skeleton kit, and it has no connections to the wither skeleton at all, and i have some questions for you about it

1: WHY DOES IT HAVE A 2 HIT KILL FIREWORK BOW!? what is up with it!? how does it connect with wither skeleton, and it is way too over powered!!

2: Why does it have enderpearls?

3: why does it have an eye of ender with fire aspect!? wither skeletons dont have fire aspect or eye of endermans!

so with these 3 aspects the wither skeleton kit makes absolutely no sense at all, and it drastically overpowered.
I would really appreciate some answers.

Lel its actually a 1-hit-kill bow.. and y not?? ppl have to work their butt off to save up for 500 gems! thats a lot! besides, the weapon does like no damage..

i do agree a little tho.. the wither skeleton kit is more like a wither kit.. if it was a wither skeleton, it would have a stone sword n stuff.. but i like the kit the way it is! although i do not win every game with it, its still a good kit!

I never got it either, but the bow is rarely 1 hit kill, usually 2, sometimes even 3. Also it has a large recharge (like 5-10 seconds, idr) and gets caught on vines, ladders, pressure plates etc. Also remember it only has 5 enderpearls, unlike enderman, and the eye of ender does like no damage, fire does the most. Yoshi is more op imo compared to it (I mean, a stomp that throws and hurts all players ~10 blocks away, op melee, and high jump?)

well its not even like a wither kit either, because withers cant teleport, and they also don't use fire atacks, and also the summoner is 400 gems and it isnt nearly as overpowered, and teleporting doesnt fit in with wither skeletons at all, you could have a stone sword with knock back, sharpness, and wither, and it wouldnt be as overpowered, keeping in mind it would be better than a diamond sword, and that the kits have leather-no armor.

the thing is the wither skeleton is the opposite of perfect, and how would you decide if it stays or not

Ik, I think it's a bit out of character too but it isn't too op. Also a kit with only a stone sword would be a bit... well... xD
