skyblock biomes

So I started to play skyblock today and then found out there was an underworld biome and a sky biome but it says i cant use them and i been asking people on the server for help but no one responds so i was wonder if it was a glitch or if i just need to expand my biome or something please respond when you have time thanks for you time

You need to have a rank before you can change the biome and you can first change it if you are career+

Oh yes that's right when you are doing /is > biomes > (fx) plains then you need to go to /pawn and then back to activate it. (I'm pretty sure)

I'm able to use every biome but Sky and underworld biome and I was wondering why

Hell and Sky biomes are disabled, sorry!
