My old ign was emmam50 and I don't have a rank on my current account erma.

Did you just change your ign or did you create a new account? If you just changed your name then your rank should be there if it's not then this is a bug and you will need to pm Zainos with proof of payment.

I just changed my ign but I got the rank in 2013 so I don't think there would be proof anymore since it's from so long ago.

How long ago did you change you ign? It may take a little bit of time to process the new name. If it doesn't work within a few hours then pm Zainos and speak to him about it.

I changed it around a month ago but I changed it before that but before that I had the name that I had now. I'm sorry if that was confusing!!! It was like emmam50 --> erma--> ReineEmmeline --> erma

So what name did you lose your rank at? If you lost it when you changed your name to erma the first time, I would pm Zainos now.
If you lost your rank the second time you changed your name to erma, it depends how long you've waited. If you've waited for 4-6 hours and it hasn't shown up, then pm Zainos.
