Fixed Mute Bug

When you are in SG and trying to convince people to vote for a certain arena, you get muted for advertising if you say 'Vote for Destiny's Shiver!'. The filter thinks that Destiny's Shiver is a server and mutes you for no
reason. Please fix this!
