Fixed Problem With Purchase Of Sponsor Rank

I purchased Sponsor rank yesterday. Receipt No: 0394-3984-0004-7223. user name is ibrahim121701
this is the first time I am donating and am not sure where I would be sent information on my purchase. I haven't received anything in my email and am not able to access jigsaw Sponsor checkpoints, however, my name is listed with my donation on this site.

My daughter has been using this username and it is correct. It's the one we have always had. I don't know why you think it is not correct. It is ibrahim121701. Is there some other name that would be assigned somehow?
