There should be a new rank called "Catniss" It should be between capitol and peacekeeper! I think that if you have that certain rank, not a rank higher, but that certain rank, u get to use 5 of the gadgets!

It would allow you to do everything a peacekeeper can do, and MORE! Also, u should get 150 more kills in PVP, 500 points in SW, u get to have unlimited plots, (but no VIP plot world! :p), and, it would allow u to do /d ender_dragon, /d wither, and capitol would get to do /d giant, and /d horse. U also would get to be able to write with Rainbow and Random color!

U can only do &random or &rainbow in factions

that reminds me! they should be able to do /nickname and in creative they should be able to do /gamemode 1,2,3, or 0!

I think we should just stick to the ranks already given, it could get too confusing with all these in "between" and crazy ranks
