Youtuber Rank

Hi, I have just found a screenshot of my old youtube account when I hit 1,000 subs. Is it possible to get the youtuber rank now? The problem is that the account has gotten taken down. I have no idea why but it just has. So is it still possible to get the rank? I dont really mind but pls answer. Thank youuu.

Oh... I promise you It's not edited. How do you even edit? Do you need a softwhere or something? I'm only 11. My videos wern't edited. Now my videos are edited (Kinda) on my channel LottiePlayz...
