XxBearBear - cannot go onto server

A couple months ago i was banned for "advertising ip" and so i bought the unban about five days ago. I have played since then but when i logged on a day ago, it sais i was banned for that same charge although i havent done or said anything relating to another server or its IP. i hope this is a bug and that it can be fixed as a mod said it doesnt appear as i am banned.

You are not banned right now... However, it seems you have tried to connect from a banned IP. please if this happens again, go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ and tell me the IP you are using that isn't letting you to connect to the server...
