3. err... both-ish? Don't eat a lot and don't gain a lot of weight--I don't need to eat much though because I only do 1 sport for 45 minutes monday, wednesday, thursday and friday.

Actually you get a lot of sleep. That's the main reason people are over-weight--not enough sleep :(

I have to carbo-load, I'm a swimmer and rock climber. But I don't sleep a lot so wHOOPS
