Whenever i try to vote using /einfo it never works... Is there a new way to vot and if there is please tell me how?

When voting, Where it says
Minecraft Name:________________ CaSe-SeNsiTive! Write name exactly as it is in game!
You must put exactly your Username before sending the vote or you wont get your items!

I've noticed that even when I fill out the vote completely it still sometimes doesnt give me my items or register my vote. When I try again it never works when this happens. Can you try to fix this?

Woah, it just happens it with you! Because i tried it lot of times, and many ppl vote everyday and they get their diamonds, money, XP and vote point...
