Skyblock Upgrade of spawners

It might be a bit too op etc, but I recommend like a way to Upgrade the spawners, from like.. Lvl 1 into Lvl 2, which would have a specific price?.. Higher level, more they spawn at a time? Maybe.. 10 diamonds for level 2? And then 25 for level 3, 50 for lvl 4, or until you feel like there should be a maximum? I think it would effect the Skyblock a lot, in the popularity since I personally know a lot of people who like the kind of features

I like the idea, but if It were added I think that level 1 (the current spawner settings) should be nerfed a bit, such that level 2 would be what is the current spawn rates.

Example:
Lvl 1: 90% of current spawn rate
Lvl 2: 100% of current spawn rate
Lvl 3: 107% of current spawn rate
Lvl 4: 115% of current spawn rate
Lvl 5: 120% of current spawn rate
