I was going to get the MockingJay rank but when I clicked on it it said: You're not allowed to purchase this item. Im a Capitol on the Happy Hunger Games Server, but it wont let me buy it,instead it makes me buy the MockingjJay rank for $100.I didn't buy it because I was thinking you could fix it.My Username is ItsMySideAlex_

Did you click the rank Mockingjay or the Capitol to Mockingjay one? If you're a Capitol then Mockingjay is half of the price.

Yes I did. I clicked the one with half the price and the one with full price. I also went back day after day to check but no changes.
