Change your FOV to Quake Pro, that's what all the good pvpers do xD. Also View bobbing off. Tips like a boss.

Edit: OMG!!!! I just did what you said but took my FOV to 90 not quake and I have an IMMEDIATE difference I just won 4 Sg's IN A ROW!!!!!! Thank you SO much Tristan.Carraway!!!! Your my hero!!
