Fixed Suicidal Doesnt work all the time

Trenly, suicidal works, it's just that you aren't close enough to the player or the player was blocking or the kit that the player is using currently has too much armor for suicidal to defeat with his ability.

Thats not it. It will still blow you up even if you cant kill the person or nobody is around.

What trenly is saying is it isn't blowing himself up, it's just doing... what ever that is that's being shown in the video.
