Stuck in Minecraft!

Playing Jigsaw on level 12 as Tom_Woody_8 I was on the right Minecart track and there was a hole, I fell in the hole and now I'm glitching out and I cannot use commands or talk and I have been temporarily disabled...

Can you help to reset my session? Thanks!

I'm not able to input anything via the keyboard - the screen is flashing about every second and keyboard input is not recognised...
