Hub Staff Notice In Chat

In chat in the hub, I thought it would be nice if staff members when they joined the server/hub it would say in chat, [StaffMember] (player's name), or something like [Helper/Mod] (player's name) has joined

I think they deserve it, but there should also be a command so they can turn it off (so they can sneak in stealthily without the rule breaker knowing)

It has not been added as there is really no use for it. We already have bolded in-game names, bolded player list names, firework on join, staff hall, and more!
