SCBB Soldier - SCBB Class

I was brainstorming ideas on SCBB classes, and I think I came up with a pretty nice class and I wanted to share my idea:

Class Type:
Gem Class, (Cost: 275)

Look:
Class Name: Soldier
Player Skull: Army
Leather Tunic: Cactus Green + Gray Dye
Leather Pants: Ink Sac + Gray Dye
Leather Boots: Ink Sac + Gray Dye

Item Names:
Player's Skull: 'Soldier's Head'
Leather Tunic: 'Soldier's Vest'
Leather Pants: 'Soldier's Pants'
Leather Boots: 'Soldier's Boots'
Iron Hoe: Soldier's Blade
Bow: 'Soldier's Sniper'

Class Potion Effects:
Slowness I

Weapons:
1 Iron Hoe (Sharpness III, (3.75 ATK))
1 Bow (Power 1)
3 Arrows (For bow)

Ability:
There is a five second cool-down for every shot done with the bow/sniper. However, you only get three shots per life. Once all three of the bullets are shot in the same life, you lose your slowness effect and you become able to walk at normal speed.

Item Descriptions:
Iron Hoe: This blade has been through a lot.
Bow: What's a sniper without his sniper?

Not going to lie... After my post of tracer, and then seeing this post later on, I was hoping you were doing some what of a connection between Tracer/Soldier similar to how they are connected in Blizzard's game, Overwatch.

See the slowness and bow thing isnt a good idea as if you are in 1v1 or last 2 players you can get spawn killed over and over because you have to wait at minumum 15 seconds to get rid of slowness so you get crit out and they have an advantage. Buff this kit and it would be added hopefully

I would say, buff the bow so it will make more damage, and nerf the blade.
The slowness is a good idea tho, even tho you can easily get spawn killed.
