Snow on plot border

I was just flying around my plot touching some things up, and i find snow on the plot border...
The ID of the plot is 5;67

yeah, even tryed melting it, didnt work

only some1 who has access to breaking and placing on plot borders (smoke/zain) can do that it has happened to me too when smoke was helping me with w/e and he accidentally placed a block there
