Fixed Skywars leaderboards

I just started playing sw again after like forever and I went to check the leaderboards to see if I was still near the top, and it still shows my old username, Fr3nch_Cat, and I don't think the number of wins has gone up at all since I've been playing again, so is there a way to fix it? And on the sg leaderboards it actually shows my current username
