No sorry you would have to pay the full $15 but when you get monolingual ($60) you can upgrade any time to Jr.mod($40 if you have monolingual but otherwise it's $100)

Full only mockingjays can add onto the amount they payed for example (mockingjay is 60 so i donate 50 and get jr mod or soemthing) sorry but trust me its all worth it
