Putting Grace Period On Hunger games

Hey I was wondering Can you put grace period because I hate spawn killers who kill people when there trying to loot the middle

I think that having no grace period makes the games more challenging, and grace period would also make the games last longer which most people wouldn't like.

Grace Period was removed a few months ago because we want a cornucopia bloodbath
