Fixed {Player} is not online!

When: 2 to 3 days ago, contining through now at random

What it is: A player will be chatting in global chat, but when I /msg them it says: "{Player} is not online!" They may also appear to log off on my friends list, but they can still see my /f bmsg and I can still see their /f bmsg. Also, when I do /find it says "{Player} is not online!" even though they are clearly online.

Trenly this has happened to me multiple times. I have reported this to Smoke and he should be dealing with it?

Last time this happened to me was a couple years back. I do have a theory on what the problem could be, though.

Small problem happened with BungeeCord recently, fixed!
