I tried joining the server and it wouldn't let me. I have perfect connection. I tried joining different servers and it was working perfectly. It says io.netty.channel.AbstractChannelSAnnotatedConnectException: Connection refused:

Please let me know if the server restarted or closed for a certain amount of time
